About Me

I decided to climb my first mountain back in 2017. Little did I realise that it would become a catalyst to help me come to terms with my thoughts and, on occasion, my days of challenges. This decision came after personal losses both from natural causes and suicide that unfortunately caused the decline of my mental health, which not only led to an addiction but took me some dark places. It took me to fall to my knees in front of my family to say I needed help. Through rehab and group therapy sessions I found that I wasn't alone. Neither are you. I understand how hard it can be reaching out if anything this is the hardest part. i cant assure anything but once you get past this bit it does get better. I've scaled more than 150 mountains to date, and it is from these mountains and reaching out that I have been able to find inner serenity and, more importantly, the true strength in how someone rises after they have fallen. Forever in the Hills has been launched for people who not only enjoy exploring but for individuals who have gone through or are going through difficult circumstances, and just need someone to talk too.
