The loop of Fan Y Big / Waun Rydd

Starting from the upper car park of Blaen Uchaf this 13km walk will start with a strong and abrupt ascent up to Craig Y Fan Ddu, an excellent way to warm up those legs. A pleasant stroll across to Fan Y Big, followed by the ridge way walk across Craig Cwareli, to the top of Waun Rhydd. The final part of walk will finish along the ridge way of Graig Fan Las and back to the car park. An excellent loop that essentially provides some of the best views of the central park of the beacons.
